Free, safe and anonymous online mental wellbeing community for young people in Liverpool.

1 in 5 children and young people suffer from mental health problems in any given year. At Kooth, we believe every young person has the right to thrive and to access high quality mental health care.

Kooth.com is commissioned by the NHS in Liverpool to provide anonymous and personalised mental health support for children and young people. We provide end-to-end support whatever the need. There is no problem too big, or too small for us to help with.

Young people in Liverpool aged 10-25 can access:

  • free, safe and anonymous emotional wellbeing support
  • self-help activities
  • helpful articles and tips
  • peer support in our safe and anonymous online forums
  • direct one-to-one support through text based chats with our team of friendly professionals.
